Girl A, Girl B, Boy C was My Life Story's first single and was released in October 1993. As well as featuring the title track the 12" and CD Singles contained 2 versions of Sparkle, which was later released as a single in its own right, both on Mother Tongue records and later in 1996 on Parlophone.

The test pressing of Girl A, Girl B, Boy C comes in a plain black sleve and only has the words My Life Story, in gold on one side of the record, the label on the other side being blank.
