It can be very difficult trying to express in words a live concert by My Life Story. By their own standards this
was a "normal" My Life Story concert. Jake had his shiny suit on and was swinging his microphone and high kickinh like there was
no tomorrow, Paul was forming strange shapes on stage with his bass guitar, Danny was "large-ing" it up behind his keyboard rig
(with his two cans of Red Stripe Beer) and the String Section were having a minor riot on their side of the stage
And then you have the "Special's", like Motorcade when Jake, and quite often the strings as well, leave the saftey of the stage
and come and mix with us mere mortals, and of course 12 Reasons Why when everyone in the audience waves their hands in the air in vain
trying to catch on of the numbers thrown from the stage by Rox.
So when I use the word normal to describe a My Life Story concert, I don't really mean normal as it's usual context. If any other band managed to keep you as entertained
during on of their sets it would be described as F***ing Fantastic. My Life Story's problem is that they do it day in, day out so sometimes you forget just how absolutly amazing it really is!
